Ownership of the processing
This policy applies to website ("the Site"). The Owner of the processing of personal data, pursuant to article 28 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (hereinafter “Privacy Code” or “Code”), is LITO TERRAZZI srl, (hereinafter referred to only as “Owner”), with Offices in Via Guido Rossa, 9 5001850023 Cascine del Riccio, Impruneta (FI).

Purposes of the processing
As specified in greater detail in the sections that consent to subscribe - providing their personal data - to services reserved to Site users, the data of the interested users is processed to better respond to requests expressly made by said users. In particular, all of the activities of collection and successive processing of the data are aimed at the following objectives:

  • general information requests;

The Owner will not use the data provided for purposes other than that connected with the service, among those listed above, to which the user has subscribed, or only within the limits indicated each time in any further specific disclosure accompanied by the different and particular service requested by the user.

Who do we have processing the data
For purposes connected to providing the service to which the user has subscribed, the data will be made available to third parties, who act as autonomous owners of the processing, providing services to satisfy the request of the interested user (for example, companies that deliver magazines) or to which the communication of the data is necessary to comply with laws or regulations. Some responsible parties have been designated for the processing. Specifically, Dotmedia Srl has been designated as an external hosting company.
The updated list of responsible parties is available upon request to the Owners address.
The personal data are made available to people expressly authorized by the Owner - and for this purpose, appointed to perform the processing, who perform the processing necessary for the purposes indicated above; the categories of subjects appointed are those of administrators, communications, accounting, legal consultants, technical maintenance of computer systems, marketing, depending on the specific request made by the interested user through this site.
The data may be transferred abroad, to countries of the European Union or those considered secure by the European Commission or, further, to non-European Union counties and not included in the list of secure countries: in the last case, we will stipulate specific agreements for the protection of its privacy in advance, with the individual subjects who process the data outside of the EU, containing the standard guarantee clauses indicated by the European Commission with the decision of 5 February 2010.

How do we process the data
All processing performed in the context of this site is carried out with electronic or telematic instruments, but may also be processed with printed/manual instruments. The data will be processed with logic correlating to the purpose for which the data was collected, and in compliance with the privacy laws in force, for the purposes indicated above or specified each time in any further disclosures presented to the user.
The personal data will be processed only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

Types of data processed and the optional nature of its contribution
The module to complete on this site sets out both data strictly necessary to subscribe to the service, the lack of which would prevent fulfillment of the request, and optional data which is not strictly necessary to fulfill the request.

Navigation data
The computer systems and the software used for the functioning of this website acquire some personal data during the normal course of site use, whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This regards information not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but that by its nature may, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allows users to be identified.
This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users when connecting to the site, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resource requested, the request time, the method used to make the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the data response from the server (completed, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operations system and computing environment of the user.
This data is used only for the purpose of accumulating anonymous statistical data on the use of the site and to control is correct function, and is canceled immediately after its processing. The data may be used to determine responsibility in the hypothetical computer crime damaging the site: except in this case, data regarding web contacts is not held for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
Personal data normally requested for use of the services of this site are name, contact information and data relating to payment instruments and coordinates. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on this site, or the completion of electronic contact sheets brings about acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed in the pages of the site designated for specially requested services. Sensitive data is not normally processed, pursuant to art. 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (in case of processing of sensitive data for specific services, a relative disclosure and explicit consent request will be sent to the interested user).

Cookies and other information reading/archiving technologies on the user’s terminal

We may use cookies (small text files transferred by the Web server to the user’s computer) and other information reading and/archiving technologies on the user’s device, such as fingerprinting, email trackers or Clear GIF/Beacons, whose aim is to inform the server about user access to a specific web page, and of any other news collected from the readable parameters of the system through functions contained in the web page, to personalize and facilitate the user’s navigation experience and, in some cases prior to their consent, to improve the profiling of users for commercial and/or advertising purposes.  The cookies may be “temporary” (or of the session, canceled at the termination of the connection) or “permanent” (archived in the user’s hard disk, until the user himself cancels them).

The cookies used by our website are distinguished in the two types identified by the Italian Guarantee for the protection of personal data (“Privacy Guarantee”) General Measure, so-called “Cookies” Measure of 8 May 2014, in which the Owner follows the requirements in terms of disclosure and need/method of collecting consent. In particular, this disclosure also represents the extension of the summary banner already viewed by the user during connection to the website.

For each of the site regulated by this policy, details on the cookies/other profiling technologies used are provided below.

A. Based on the cited Italian Privacy Guarantee regulation the site uses.

“Technical Cookies”, those strictly necessary for the function of the site and/or provision of a service explicitly requested by the user. This category of cookies includes the analytics used by the site owner to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and on how these users visit the site. User consent is not required for the use of this type of cookies, unless specifically denied for one or all technical cookies (listed below):

“Profiling Cookies” of the owner and/or third parties, namely cookies potentially aimed at creating/enriching profiles relating to the user, and used for the purpose of sending and/or showing advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user in the context of their navigation. The user may choose which profiling cookies or type of fingerprinting/Clear GIF/Beacon profiling technology to consent to. With regard to so-called “third party” cookies or technologies, namely those installed/used on the site by parties other than the Owner, the user gives or denies consent directly to the owner of the cookie and/or technology in question, to which the Owner is merely connected to by a link.

The use of further permanent cookies and session cookies (those not permanently memorized on the user’s computer and vanish with closure of the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (composed of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient navigation of the site. The aforementioned session cookies used by the site avoid recourse to other potentially prejudicial technical information for the confidentiality of the users’ navigation, and do not allow the acquisition of identifying personal data of the user.

Rights of interested users
The subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of said data, and to know its content and origin, verify its correctness or request integration, update or correction (art. 7 of legislative decree no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, the subject has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose its processing, in any case, for legitimate reasons. Trattiamo dati personali non particolari (nome, cognome, recapiti telefonici e mail) per consentirLe di usufruire dei servizi offerti dal sito web (“sito”):

I dati verranno conservati solo ai fini della gestione della richiesta per la quale sono stati inseriti e cancellati al conseguimento della finalità per la quale sono stati forniti.

Durante la navigazione degli Utenti possono essere raccolte le seguenti informazioni (c.d. dati di navigazione) che vengono conservate nei file di log del server (hosting) del sito:
– indirizzo internet protocol (IP);
– tipo di browser;
– parametri del dispositivo usato per connettersi al sito;
– nome dell'internet service provider (ISP);
– data e orario di visita;
– pagina web di provenienza del visitatore (referral) e di uscita;

Questi dati sono utilizzati a fini di statistica e analisi, in forma esclusivamente aggregata.
L'indirizzo IP è utilizzato esclusivamente a fini di sicurezza e non è incrociato con nessun altro dato.
I dati raccolti dal sito durante il suo funzionamento sono conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario a svolgere le attività precisate: i dati (indirizzo IP) utilizzati a fini di sicurezza del sito (es: blocco tentativi di danneggiare il sito) sono conservati per 6 mesi.
I dati per finalità di analytics (statistica) sono conservati in forma aggregata per 6 mesi.
Il conferimento è obbligatorio dal momento in cui si accede al sito web (base giuridica art. 6.1.f legittimo interesse del Titolare del Trattamento).

Chi conoscerà i Suoi dati?

I dati personali potranno essere comunicati alle Autorità pubbliche che ne faranno richiesta giustificata, qualora tale comunicazione sia prevista ai sensi di legge. Dei dati potranno venire a conoscenza Responsabili del trattamento (nominati ex art. 28 Reg UE 2016/679) o personale interno autorizzato o designato (art. 29 Reg UE – art. 2 quaterdecies D.Lgs. 101/2018), adeguatamente istruito e tal uopo formato dal Titolare. L’elenco aggiornato dei Responsabili del trattamento può essere richiesto al Titolare.

Dove vengono trattati i Suoi dati?

Il trattamento sarà effettuato presso i locali del Titolare o di suoi Responsabili, su server collocati nel territorio dell’Unione Europea, con l’utilizzo di procedure manuali e informatizzate, nel rispetto di tutte le cautele necessarie per garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza delle informazioni assunte. Qualora siano oggetto di trasferimento ad un paese terzo o ad un’organizzazione internazionale, saranno osservati i limiti e le garanzie previste al Capo V del GDPR.

Quali sono i Suoi diritti e a chi deve rivolgersi per esercitarli?

In relazione ai predetti trattamenti, l’interessato può esercitare tutti i diritti di cui agli articoli 15-22 del Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 (tra cui: accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione, portabilità ove ciò non contrasti con norme di legge né con obblighi contrattuali e sia tecnicamente possibile), rivolgendosi al Titolare del Trattamento scrivendo una mail a oppure telefonando al 0574 19203 o a mezzo comunicazione scritta indirizzata alla sede legale (Via B. Lupi, 20 – 50129 Firenze)
